PI e-Billing EDI is intended to any organization wishing to dematerialize procedures relating to the delivery and/or receipt of Invoices, by replacing its paper-based issuing by an electronic procedure.
The EDI technology isn’t new, but its legal framework, which allows it to effectively replace the issuance of paper documents, is recent. Thus, there’re many EDI systems in production that, although having the capacity to dematerialize part of the process, doesn’t allow them breaking the use of paper.
